Currently the market has slowed down from the hyper active market of the past few years. Consequently home buyers have the luxury of not having to desperately race to homes the day they come on the market and don’t have to worry about crazy bidding wars that have pushed some Rockridge home prices over $100,000 above the asking price.
During the past 3 months instead of seeing most homes selling for significantly above the asking price, some now sell for below the asking price.
